Marlene Teramae

Marlene is the backbone of the McDonald’s team. She spearheads the promotional sales projections and forecasting, and conducts the all-important post promotion analysis. More importantly, she uses the ongoing learnings to guide the team’s development of upcoming promotions toward greater success. As Account Supervisor, Marlene is the primary contact with McDonald’s restaurants all across Hawaii, and communicates closely with the Co-Op and managers to ensure flawless execution. Marlene manages the McDonald’s Global Mobile App (GMA) offers, calendar, communications and post analysis which has lead to Hawaii’s top performance in the nation.  She is also responsible for the inputting and management of the McDonald’s Jupiter System, and digital menu board communications. During strategic planning, Marlene draws from her considerable wealth of knowledge gleaned from working with retail banking and on MVNP’s key accounts, including the Big Island Visitor’s Bureau, Alexander & Baldwin, and Starwood Hawaii. While on Aloha Airlines, Marlene managed retail partnership marketing — experience which helps her achieve greater results for our McDonald’s client. A dedicated wife and mother, Marlene’s favorite pastime is to lavish her love and attention upon her grateful family — who is second only to her shopping addiction.
