We reimagined nomnom for the Pacific Northwest.

Background_

The PNW didn’t know nomnom.

Originally designed for the Hawaii market, nomnom gas stations and convenience stores expanded to the Pacific Northwest market. That expansion faced challenges: low brand awareness, low social media engagement, and confusion about whether it was even an American company. With the busy season of summer fast approaching, MVNP needed to evolve nomnom’s brand identity with a new campaign tailored to the PNW.

Insight_

No matter what kind of summer you’re having, you need fuel.

Summer is all about the freedom to do things your way. Even in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, that doesn’t always mean sunshine and camping — sometimes it means couch time and chips. We needed to show that however you choose to spend your summer, nomnom is a place to refuel in all senses of the word.

Solution_

nomnom fuels your summer.

Our “Fuel Your Summer” campaign positioned nomnom as the Pacific Northwest’s trusted go-to stop for snacks, drinks, and fuel all summer long. We made the brand distinctly and unmistakably PNW with a campaign that evolved nomnom’s voice, color palette, graphic treatments, and imagery to connect to customers from Spokane, Washington to Post Falls, Idaho.
