After graduating from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with degrees in Marketing & International Business, Lea’s dynamic career in marketing began at the legendary offices of Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco. At the agency known for “Got Milk,” she worked as a Media Manager for Saturn, Hewlett Packard, and Netflix.

Lea returned to Hawaii, joining the Harris Agency to work on clients like KFC, Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Straub, and Miller Lite. Lea moved on to KHON, where she was an Account Manager for nine years, with one of her major accounts being MVNP. After leaving KHON and before ultimately joining MVNP, Lea was the Director of Sales & Marketing at The Plaza Assisted Living, overseeing the advertising, PR, sales, and the opening of three of their six communities.

In her spare time, Lea enjoys delicious cold sake, cheering on the Chicago Bears, staycations, and traveling the world with her husband and two children.
