Public Relations Multitasker

We’re on the hunt for a Public Relations coordinator with a multifaceted brain capable of juggling many tasks for multiple clients. This sharp person is a PR sponge, willing to learn from the best, then take it and run. Self-starter. Insatiably curious. And insanely organized. All wrapped in a highly professional package worthy of our best clients.

What you’ll do_

Key responsibilities

  • Support account executives at all levels of client service
  • Prepare meeting agendas, conference reports, proposals and other communications 
  • Participate in and document meetings 
  • Maintain in-progress records and archive past projects
  • Conduct media research and disseminate learning
  • Secure and manage vendor relations, quotes, production and scheduling
