What you’ll do_

Key responsibilities

  • Be a passionate visionary for the brand across all channels
  • Responsible for driving the brand’s strategy
  • Manages day-to-day client relationship and marketing execution efforts for all campaigns
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of internal and external satisfaction throughout the entire process
  • Manage creative and production teams internally to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Develops creative briefs and strategic plans
  • Be an inspiring leader within the MVNP client team for industry trends and how they apply to our clients
  • Works with agency leadership team to grow client relationships and identify opportunities

What you’ll need_

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising/marketing
  • Experience with traditional, digital and social channels required
  • Stays current with technology and possesses a passion for integrated marketing/advertising
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Strategic problem solver
  • Comfortable presenting and meeting with senior level clients
  • Effective communicator
  • Experience mentoring direct reports
  • Agile, adaptable and resilient attitude
  • Ability to positively resolve conflicts to create better solutions
